The "L'amour et la liberte" was a generic font thats on most computers and the "Darwin & DJ Silver remix" font is called Bonnard.
I uploaded the font so you can download it:

Erm, for L'amour et la liberté, are you sure you can't put the letter é?
It's [ALT GR]+[e] on your keyboard, or you can just copy and paste the é here.
It looks a bit weird seeing it's e and ' with the ' dragged over. XD

An easier way is CTRL+ALT+E. Or if you're like me and just have to use a numberpad for Unicode, Alt+0233.
