I think you cant, those were orignally gonna be in the game, but they didnt add it

There are also 3 others that are obtained by getting a Full Marvellous Combo on Beginner to Difficult. Notice the part I bolded. It's actually spelled like that in the game.XD
And I'm pretty sure exotic ethnic is one of those songs.

Only the developers (Keen Games) can answer your question. My answer is that the game HAS no 10-footers, and the scale maxes out at 10 feet.
