In all honesty, if you're going to upload files with artwork/animation that you didn't create and don't have permission to use, I probably can't allow you to have the simfile category.

The answer to all your questions is yes!
Yes the theme for The Greatest Of Stepmania is a compilation theme. The way judgements work is that a judgement graphic will only come up if anything less than a great is scored. That way the music video is interfered with the least. And yes there are already plenty of doubles.
