Still, much other Bemani music is a lot farther from "mainstream dance pop" and IMO, Konami made a decent effort to pick the right KOs. What I hope is that maybe if people like these songs from the "unheard of" artists, they'll do some research on them.

I noticed KEEP IT REAL wasn't in that songlist. Is that going to be DLC, or is it an unlock?

I'm sure it'll be DLC since there seemed to be no way to unlock songs...although completing tricks challenges MIGHT unlock something...Although I still can't get past the 20 pose tricks challenge @_@

Giant Bomb are pretty much renowned as being the least knowledgable games journalists in the world.
If I was going to record a 20 minute video showcasing a new game, I'd spend at least 20 minutes researching the contents of the game beforehand.
