I don't think they'd refund, but I think they'd re-allow DLC to run on the final one (Depends if the charts are still an autogenned pile of shit)

It's not Apple's fault. It's KONAMI's. Not exactly sure how Apple has anything to do with this, except allowing a PoS app like this to surface.

KONAMI is about to hit rock bottom. Hopefully they'll pick up the pace and back uphill with some good DLC in the future. Never buying this if it's all licenses and crap charts.

LBS: Don't waste your money on this crap right now. Konami HAS hit rock bottom, and they'll stay there unless (as you say) they redeem themselves with all-round decent DLC.
