A Megamix/medley remix does sound likely. That was my second guess, actually.

It would make sense, however it would make sense if you could "import the songs in because they are re-releaseing hp and hp2 right?

Not so much re-releasing, but they've begun selling HP and HP2 game-only starting today.

Ah sweet! That's great news (for those that don't have 'em). I had a feeling that's what he meant. Makes my hunch that much more likely.

HP1 has been in Best Buy as a stand alone purchase for a good while now. It's HP2 that's FINALLY getting the stand alone release.

Oh that's right. It's HP2 and DG that's getting standalone today.

Anybody you can EMail will only be able to direct you to marketting literature, which has already been posted here.

The Metalgear bit is added to all EMails which go out of the Consumer Software department. If you Email the KDE department, you'll get a similar line suggesting you check yugioh-card.com.

From my experience, you won't get an answer from Konami. The marketting line is "60 songs", so that's all anyone will be able to say, until the game is on shelves. Even if you ask someone in customer relations after that (and we know all the secret songs), they'll still only be able to tell you "there are 60 songs".

Konami Of America are weird like that.

I know this doesn't relate much to DDR, but those looking to save some money, Best Buy is going to have a B2G1 free sale on all games $59.99 or less. Its too bad the HP3 bundle is listed at $69.99. This is from Oct 25 to the 31st....

Interesting. They both appear to be from "Appeal Mode", whatever that is. Konami has labeled screenshots similar to that as "Appeal Mode".

Appeal Mode, huh? Can't wait to find out what that mode (and the other new modes) are all about! Next week can't come soon enough!

Oh this is interesting! According to the online store stock tracker on Future Shop, one of the stores in my area has the bundle already but is this accurate? Hmmmmm.... I'll be checking the store tomorrow. If I succeed at getting it, I'll be ridiculously happy since I have the day off tomorrow.

Apparently, the same case is true of a local Best Buy in my area as well. Wow. This is very interesting. I won't hold my breath though. I've been burned in the past when it comes to hoping stores have new releases but at the same time I'm definitely gonna check this out.

Forgot to come back and post this but both locations had it but they weren't willing to sell it early. Didn't expect them to but it was worth a shot. Also, I learned something else. FS Store I visited had 30-something bundles in the back and the Best Buy location had 55! Wow! Konami clearly has a lot of stock in this release.
