I will def. buy this game - even though the first HP and this game too has quite a few decent songs and stepcharts, its still a really fun game to play with friends. And I actually love how we got our own logo. It looks fresh!
Minimalistic and modern style ftw. I really can't understand how so many of you can dislike it.

Yeah, it's been confirmed for a few days that there's absolutely nothing new in the Europe version apart from a very dodgy title screen.

It looks too much like a rejected Singstar design. And it completely doesn't fit with the background in that screen shot.
Oh marvelous. Nice to see Konami are consistent.

Bundle at HMV for £49.99 and standalone £39.99. About $75 and $60 respectively, bloody rip off. I'll stick to my amazon.co.uk pre-order for now, thank you very much.

What was a bit worrying is that the major game chain GAME and GameStation didn't stock DDR HP2 at all. It's not even mentioned on their sites apart from a news article saying it will be coming out.

That 20 underneath the right picture would've been better as the price tag. But then it'll still be a ripoff.

If it was £19.99, I would've bought it by now.

The title screen... OK that's stupid but not the end of the world. At least I'll only be on that screen for seconds however, if NOTHING is different then why the FUCK have we had to wait at least eight months for bugger all? I mean at least I'm used to Konami bending us over and fucking us in the ass, I ENJOY that, but lax release dates for the SAME FUCKING GAME AS THE US WITH WORSE BOXART AND TITLE SCREEN IS. NOT. ON.

FUCK Dance Dance Revolution, seriously. If this is what it means to have the same game as America, I want Dancing Stage back. No excuses this time Konami, you could have pushed this through PEGI in a month easily and added the relevant rating to the front and released it in Europe. When your shipping the game under the same name as the American version I expect the same game.

Activision managed it for World Tour with more external peripherals in a MONTH, Guitar Hero: Greatest Hits/Smash Hits in about a WEEK. They put you to shame Konami.

Also what's with the 'mums do exercise' cover art? Surely that's best left to Wii Fit, not Dancing Stage, where you DANCE. Konami your American cover art is AWESOME, Europeans will LIKE IT so fucking use it and stop delaying the game for ridiculous reasons.

BTW I even see ONE. SINGLE. AMERICAN. moan about being hard done to by Konami for E-AMUSE or anything like the Japanese getting a slightly better version of any DDR game then I'm going loco I SWEAR.

SuperNOVA 2 pissed me off to no end, DDR X AC with it's Japanese tutorial just seemed like a stupid mistake, but this game has sent me over the edge. I think Konami cared about us once sometime long ago, but now I believe we are just a joke to them. What right do I have to complain though, most money is made in America so us silly Europeans don't matter. It's getting to the point where I will be disappointed if DDR 2009 doesn't get a delay here in Europe...

Haha, Dancing Stage is dead. Now, you get DanceDanceRevolution....PAL version. With equally shitty boxart as Dancing Stage. But wait, it's the same game we got in the US, so it must be good. Yeah, that makes so much sense. Pretend you care by redesigning the boxart when you really don't.
