Agreed. I think the only way us and the Europeans would catch up to the Japanese is if the release DDR X PS2, or the next home version contain at least 100 songs, but we all know that would never happen.

dark-xuxa over at AIJ claims he ran into one of Konami reps at BZN, and the rep told him DDR X would be tested there around August.

Would be cool if true .

If there planing on getting DDRX out before the end of the year, It could be true. I'm not buying it just yet.;)

WHAT?! DDR X on Arcade machine too?! This is bad news for USA gamer. Maybe we still can't get all Japan version DDR X songs because USA version released first on PS2, after that Japan version. This is like DDR SN2 case.

I don't understand how getting a new AC is bad... And I doubt JP CS exclusives will show up on the AC, since that CS shows up so much later than the AC release. That's why they're exclusives.

Er...The DDR series continues to be successful, and the fanbase is certainly still out there. I think DDR Arcade releases are here to stay for the time being.

And, it would be strange to change hardware and implement a new cabinet design for the last DDR machine .

We said that Extreme was the last DDR, and I've herd SN is the last & SN2 is the last, so I think there's still many DDRs to come.

Ok...People are claiming that they can see a circular button in the middle of the machine, right below the display, and a new button below the song select buttons on the cabinet. Wonder what they could be for?

If you ask me, all I can see is black .

He meant that we'll be catching up while they get more of the new songs. Of course the CS games will have exclusives.
