It was. Last seen in 3rdMIX Ver.KOREA2, which is why it never got a Double/Expert chart.
Will be interesting to see what they decide to do with it.
Fixed. It wasn't in 2ndMIX or regular 3rdMIX.Will be interesting to see what they decide to do with it.

It's funny how 3rdMIX Ver.KOREA2 is so similar to X3 VS 2ndMIX. The 3's match up, Ver sounds a little like Versus, and the 2's match up. Just putting that out there.

Mystery solved! The game will contain a "DDR X3 Korean Ver.2 Mode", in which every DDR X3 song has their entire stepcharts replaced with jumps.

But shouldn't Strictly Business get a double heavy chart if it made it to 3rdMIX? Cause If I remember correctly, wasn't 3rdMIX the introduction of Double Heavy charts, or am I missing something here?

It was only playable in 2nd Mix mode, which didn't have Double Maniac charts.Post #968 · Posted at 2011-08-24 01:48:52pm 13.8 years ago

Right, songs from before 3rdMIX didn't get Double/Expert charts until (and only if) they appeared in 4thMIX. STRICTLY BUSINESS did not.

Oh man that CD Art looks so sexy in HD. Here's hoping that this release gets an upgrade kit in the US/EU

BOOM BOOM DOLLAR has been confirmed as a revival for X3 vs. 2ndMIX by GameWatch.
EDIT: The first picture of 2ndMIX Mode has also been published.

How nice. The graphics are tweaked, the font changed, the resolution is perfect, and the CD Graphics are retained! I just noticed, though, the foot rating being changed.EDIT: The first picture of 2ndMIX Mode has also been published.

I think it's safe to say Konami nailed this.

It's not safe to say that until people actually play in the arcades/game centers and it's deemed "successful" in the US/EU/Int territories.
(In my eyes, I'm waiting until X5 VS 4thMIX anyway)

This would be the perfect time to replace the DDR X3 announcer with the 2ndMix one

even if Konami does (remember we don't know anything about new X3 songs, just 2010/2011 console stuff with meh steps)... will Betson? I wonder if they're going to make a new design of the pads yet again based on how much shit current arcade operators must be giving Betson over how quickly sensors die in the X2 pads. And if they do make new pads, I wonder if there'll be real software upgrade kits available for X2 cabs... none of that laggy bullshit Europe reported.
