What's up fellow Jukebeat/Jubeat Plus players!

Reflecting back one year from now(if you haven't played for over a year then think to when you started), how much would you say your skills improved? Have you actively played throughout this timeframe?

I'm just curious because I've been active for the entire year since I downloaded this game and still love playing Jukebeat to this day.

I got my iPad 2 on Christmas of last year, before that, I played on a friend's iPad for about 18 hours straight on jukebeat, so my skills were very medium-based, I could easily pass On Basic, I can get through most of Advanced, and I could only pass a few songs on Extreme (8-9's, 1 or 2 10's wi a rating of a C or B)

Since after getting my own iPad, I went from that to being ranked 25th on the Global Leaderboards, I have SSS'd almost every single song on Basic in jukebeat currently, I have about 8 EXC's on Basic, a lot of SSS's on Advanced as well as FC's, and I can pass all but 1 Level 10 song on Extreme, lowest rating is a D ( I'm So Happy EXT is a BIIIIIIIIIITCH) and my highest rating is a SS (Far east nightbird).

All within a span of about 4 months.

I've also purchased every single pack on jukebeat as of today. Sure I could have cracked my device and gotten them for free, but it's better (at least for this version, jubeat plus though...) to pay for the packs IMO, helps the game to get better artists and stuff.

I'm so Happy is just about getting used to the end chords. Do that, and your score should shoot up to an A or S.
nice.

I can poorly pass (700-850k)9s on EXTREME but have yet to get any passing 10s. I'm 90% on jubeat plus only playing its, much, much, much smaller sister game for the exclusive songs. I have an account for game center that almost hit the top 1000 best players on the leaderboard but I got a new ipad since and started with another new account. I tell you it's a pain in the ass re-downloading all the packs you previously bought on the much bigger Japanese version.

Anyone else use the ascending green bar tiles for the notes? I swear I can't use the shutter one without my scores taking a dip south.

This is the only marker I can use comfortably...and with so many videos out there using it, I don't see how it is prohibitive. Perhaps if you are used to other markers.

I'm just curious because I've been active for the entire year since I downloaded this game and still love playing Jukebeat to this day.

I started playing around April last year too and have came a long way since then. Around 2 months later, I had cleared most of the songs I owned on Advanced and Full Combo'ed most Basic Charts with an SSS grade. I then moved to Extreme charts and found myself progressively getting better at these as time went on. I have passed every single level 10 this far (I had a lot of difficulty passing I'm so Happy, but can comfortably get a high 700,000 score on it now. It was also the last level 10 I cleared.) I have also recently been pushing my level 10 grades up on some songs to an S grade, but no higher.
But the main thing is I still find the game a whole lot of fun and all of the new packs add longevity and excitement to the game.

Regarding markers, the markers I use most nowadays are the pink tiled one and the Yubiko marker. I can use most of the other ones, but can never see me being able to use that disco ball one.

Ay ya'll. My friend recently got me ¥3000 for my birthday and I'm obviously spending it all on Jubeat Plus as well as Reflec Beat Plus. I've already bought 4 packs and now I can still choose 2 more.

My question is: Which pack do ya'll recommend from the Jubeat Plus store? I already have both Vocaloid packs as well as the Electronics pack. I'm furiously masterdebating on which I should get next. Halp!

Edit: P.S. I'm only interested in License packs at the moment thank youuu~! ( ̄▽ ̄)

For full licensed packs my favorites are both High Tension Ghibli packs, plazma, Shiho Nanba (南波志帆), Che'Nelle 1 (I recommend Che'Nelle pack in RBplus as a second one as it has better songs than the second one in jubeat), Sweet Licious, BLOOD STAIN CHILD, Rainbow Rainbow, AGEHA, Kill Me Baby (キルミーベイベー), Jazztronik, LAST EXILE Theme Song (ラストエグザイル 主題歌), Hiroki Arai (新井大樹), Kanako Hoshino pack (this is licensed material unlike the Sana one), Brian The Sun, WORLD ORDER, Happiness, YuYu Hakusho (幽☆遊☆白書), Athletic Meet (うんどうかい), Shizuka Kudo (工藤静香) love the one for RBplus as well, CLIFF EDGE, Pia-no-jaC, Yuukei Rampage (有形ランペイジ), supercell, Miriya Kato (加藤ミリヤ), ClariS, quasimode, Pnkickies, TM NETWORK.
I don't play simulators. Only the real official games.

To commemorate the release of Kanako Hoshino's new album, '星野奏子 Pack 2' has been released whilst the first pack is visible at the top of the Jubeat store.

Songs included in this pack are...
マドンナレディ - 4 / 7 / 9
COLORS - 3 / 6 / 8
人魚 - 2 / 5 / 8
LOVE MAGIC - 2 / 5 / 7

In a tweet by Hinabitter, he announced that the 15th May marks the release of the 日向美ビタースイーツ♪ Pack in both Jubeat Plus and REFLEC BEAT Plus. Excellent news
