Considering they put stealth and switch in the DDR SN2 OST when they clearly said they weren't including licenses in the OST could mean they are half KOs? And plus, I rather put them somewhere rather than nowhere.

They're treated as KO's but I think KONAMI groups them with the licenses to make them stand out, as a tribute to DAI~

So, I just lump them in with the licenses even though they don't seem to be.

Commissions? That would be kind of funny, because it would be the second time the US version sorts commissions under the other category.

Of course, they've never repeated licenses until now, so they may have decided they can use them more freely.

Ruffage & Size have tracks signed to the same label that Fracus and Darwin are working with right now, so Tracers should be considered a KO, like Why Not and Shades of Gray were.

I consider them commissioned songs, because even though they appeared on the soundtrack, they were composed by Daisuke Asakura (AKA TM Revolution's former producer)
