this. to be honest, I'm surprised that they released the GFDM jubeat summer festival song.

I'm surprised they kept candii like this until the very end... It makes me worried they won't put it in a pack for us... After that, we should be getting Saucer packs, which is a good thing, I can't wait to play Diavolo!

Finally

Although odd that they skipped a license pack this time around, but honestly I would personally enjoy more Konami Packs then whatever they seem to be putting out for licenses as of late :/.plus the more we get closer to saucer, the better

Unless they give us Pendulum, then I would GLADLY welcome that addition.

Heh does anyone know if any Bananarama song existed on an American/European DDR game?

I just found out recently that Love Shack was a license on DDR 2010.

Venus was also on DDR 2010.

I'll just hope for a Kool and the Gang pack then.

Looks like we are in for another DaisyxDaisy pack in the near future for Jubeat Plus.

Assuming these are packs to be released in the future, this could very well be Saucer pack 10.
Saucer pack 09 is most likely going to contain the remaining 2 songs from December's Bistro Saucer 'SILVER☆DREAM' and 'Daily Lunch Special' with 2 from January's Bistro Saucer, most likely '記憶の欠片' and 'Pink Rose'.

Yippee!!!!! I haven't been buying licensed packs lately as I put more importance for AC songs. Anyways, I've been grouping songs for all of my current library of 395 songs and would like to know if anyone else is doing the same and has 37 songs in their Saucer library currently. I know some of you are way more knowledgeable than me and would like to get corrected if I'm wrong.

I tend to go for all the AC packs as a preference too, though if they released a 'Girl next door' or a 'FripSide' pack, I would pick them up in a heartbeat. Otherwise I only purchase licences every few weeks. I'm just waiting for Silver Dream to be released as I absolutely love that song.

Regarding organisation of the Jubeat app, I have all of my songs grouped into the various Jubeat AC folders too all with the relevant licences added to each one as well.

Jubeat - 45 songs
Jubeat Ripples - 33 songs
Jubeat Knit - 29 songs
Jubeat Copious - 55 songs
Jubeat Saucer - 42 songs

For saucer, the licences which need to be added to the folder are:

So I just tried playing some jukebeat and bought some of the exclusive packs, I must say they are pretty fun to play songs that I recognize for a change. Bananarama, Blondie, Lady Gaga, Richard Marx, Earth Wind & Fire, etc. I don't know anything about music licensing but are the older songs cheaper to license than say new music?

Not sure, I've always believed that if you want to license a current song from let's say 2012 - 2013 or a special advert for an upcoming album, the licensing for it would be through the roof since they are just recently put out songs, and pretty much anything below 2010 - 2000 would be a good amount for licensing a song, but it would still be a hefty price.

There are probably also many factors included:

- WHO the artist is that they want to get the songs from.
- The label/company/person that holds the rights to the music.
- The value of the song a.k.a how much has it been used in other media.

And probably other things. Although don't quote me on this since I honestly have the slightest clue about how the process goes, but this is what I think is the reason why we don't see songs by Skrillex, Katy Perry, deadmau5, David Guetta, Avicii, etc.
