no it's kanae asaba she had Jasmine in her middle name when she was credited for the have you never been mellow cover so I assume shell be using Jasmine as an alias or shortened name at least for collabs that involve more than two artists

Jasmine is Kanae Asaba's middle name from what HYNBM remix tells us(Kanae Jasmine Asaba), so no, they are the same artist.

nc uses a lot of outside vocalists in his songs. The Jasmine is likely the one from Haunted Rhapsody (who is not Kanae Asaba).

Vocals Sound really weird on Cartoon Heroes. But the ending without the lyrics sounds REALLY nice. Im not a fan of the chart either. So this didnt hit me too well.
