...I truly and honestly adore this song.

There was nothing wrong with your MAGIC PARADE simfile, the only requirements for this week is that the song have a BPM between 120 and 140.

Two things were wrong with it, actually:
1) The main gimmick of the simfile was that I doubled the BPM. In DDR2010, it runs at 127; my edit runs at 254 with a slowdown to 127 about midway through.
2) While the rhythms themselves didn't suck, the step placements did. It would take a LONG time to edit that due to the fact that I gave it a boss-tier chart, and, quite honestly, I don't have any time this weekend to do that. If I do, I'll re-replace it, but in all actuality I prefer my Jackie Will Save Me steps to my MAGIC PARADE ones.

Oh, I see. The scrolling BPM needs to be constantly running between 120 and 140.

Also, there's a brief stop gimmick in this one (for one measure) where the tempo goes up to 270 between stops. If you listen to or play the song you'll know what I mean. If this is against the rules, let me know and I'll make a quick edit to get rid of the changes.

I don't know what Paint.net can do, but grab yourself a copy of GIMP or Photoshop. The text is hard to see and it needs something like a Stroke to outline it and make it more visible against the image in the background.

Aside from that pointless critic, I think I may end up putting forth something to this... I'll lose though

It can do most of everything that GIMP or Photoshop can do. Realize too that this was my first experiment with the program, so it's far from perfect. But I'll check out GIMP anyway
