That rule hasn't been in effect for a good few years now.
Also, if someone is in the -100s, then they must not being too hot of a job at trying to "help".

Word of advice: if you usually talk about how your rating is affected and where it is, chances are, it'll go even lower due to the attitude and demeanor you would give. Be careful.
Another thing to add, self-depreciation and sympathy won't usually pass in occasions like these.

I'd like to know why my rating was deducted by 5 points. A deduction of 5 points is due to "Serious misconduct, flaming and/or tantrums only". I don't believe I have violated any of the rules, nor have I flamed anyone/thrown tantrums.

Judging from your ratings information, you weren't. Most likely, you were dropped because someone who hasn't been active for a while must have given you a positive rating, so that rating might be disabled.
