The BPM changes I saw in pop'n's BPM counter wasn't perfect, I had to tinker with LOTS of BPM changes to get it just right.
It didn't even reach 152, and it goes lower than 110.

Could anyone possibly have me send them an early copy of my simfile and check for syncing? The syncing is really throwing me off, and I'm not sure if it's just me or if it's actually off sync at parts.

For the encoding, get Notepad++

It has an "Encoding" tab. Use it to edit the Japanese into your simfile.

We Two Are One ~Super Euro Version~ was in Pop'n.

or open the .sm in notepad and edit then save as UTF-8. this works as well. :3
