DDR Custom Backgrounds

Konami's "art" department has really fallen off after EXTREME 2. There are a few good ones here and there, but now they barely do anything in terms of song art since it's either a photoscan of a retail CD cover or something thrown together to take the place of one.

Anything silverdragon does is a marked improvement.

may I ask what font is used for SUPER SAMURAI title ?
I can't find in the BEMANI font thread.

It's called 華康布丁體

I just curious.

If Konami can make a full version of Golden Sky as CD album image so that means Konami actually has tons of full artwork

of SN1 songs, SN2 songs including licences. But not published.

On X2 ARC, Da Capo, Give Me Up, etc will never has CD album image.

So the two girls on Da Capo banner will be a mystery forever (What it looks like their face and upper + lower image)

For some songs like real artist (not cover version) we can using alternative artwork such as real their CD album image

for example Da Capo - Ace of Base, Centerfold - Captain Jack, etc.

We could, but we don't because we want the banner and background to go with each other like older konami songs. otherwise we would've started using those a looooong time ago.
i suppose you're free to use them in your own versions of the simfiles here, but just understand that we are never going to just slip in those album jackets to the simfiles unless it's part of the actual banner

Yes it did, but it was in very low quality and it was kind of easy to recreate so I went ahead with it.
