I don't know why everyone as an issue over 70+ songs. We never had a problem with it in pass games. Don't get me wrong I'd love to have more songs, we just can't have everything you know?

I just want 80 songs. I'm not asking for 100+ , but seeing that it's the 10th anniversary, maybe they'll go out of their way and make it a little bit more special by adding some more songs?

Re-rating old songs that are perfectly fine as it is? Just took a look at Butterfly's Oni chart for both Single and Double. Nothing screams 11 unless they're planning on re-rating every song thus far!! If they were to re-rate song difficulties to accommodate this change (remember, it's all just a rumor), it would have to be songs that appeared in SuperNOVA 1 & 2. And not just the boss songs - every song. Some of the licenses were rated very poorly.

And to make a joke on this rumor:
SAKURA's being bumped back up to a 10!!!

The only post I saw of it is a random guy coming along and saying that, citing no sources or whatever. Should be in their DDR X PS2 thread.

The problem this time around is that they need to essentially squeeze two games into one. It needs what wasn't recieved in the last CS release and the new songs from X.
It would be a piss poor excuse for a tenth anniversary to just release a game that japan got last year.

Heck, I still think that DDR X will have exactly 70 songs. I'm not being optimistic with this game to be honest and any rumor mentioned will be nothing but a post to laugh.
