I'm so Happy and Theory of Eternity were never going to happen with unlock codes anyways. They were added through e-amuse long after X2 had arrived in North America, so the only way they were going to happen was by an upgrade disc or something.

And the overseas versions of DDR X2 didn't seem like it needed patches (a pad fix, maybe) as they were included upon release.

I can confirm that this unlock code unleashes the gates of hell for song difficulties. Not a single easy song was unlocked save for the remixes.

Edit: And my wife laughed as I explained to her that these songs would show up on the next DDR for the Wii. She noted how difficult it was to muster Kimono Princess on the soft pad, much less the likes of Valkyrie Dimension >_>

I know Mei, New Decade, Anti-Matter, and Valkyrie Dimension have their Challenge charts...

This makes me wonder what the actual case is...
1) They forgot to put deltaMAX in the US HDD
2) They forgot to have the be unlocked by default, as the DDR Blog stated it would be

If (2), bring out the patch disc with deltaMAX , Theory of Eternity, I'm So Happy, and character select screen plz.

Yeah, both options seemed probable. However they lead to one conclusion. BRING IN I'm so Happy and Theory of Eternity. Oh, I'd like character select screen too. I hate playing while slutty Jenny dancing not quite sexily in the background. I want my Baby-Lon.

How about we fix the pads first, then we'll get to patches lol

The X2 machine I frequent has its sensors changed to Japan sensors. They glued it (IIRC) and then put some solid foam that doesn't expand much (kind of like rubber), and now it's working perfectly. I got more than a dozen of PFCs there, and pad misses were non-existent.

Basically, nothing that was directly tied to someone's eAmuse account was unlocked on the English X2. No special Challenge charts, no characters, no Append Festival... Can anyone confirm that BREAK DOWN! is present or not?

Nope, they both were downloaded.

BREAK DOWN! and all the other revivals are unlocked by default in US/EU.

What is the difference between Character 1 and Character 2? If Character 1 is the base character, all of them (except Rena and PiX) were available from the beginning.

Oh the 2 just means "2nd accessory". I guess those aren't unlocked then?

We really need pictures here. For example, there doesn't seem to be any RAGE accessory here.

Then again if they were unlocked, there'd probably be an equally random chance of getting a plain character or one with accessory.

Oh never mind, I forgot there's no such thing as CHARACTER SELECT on X2. Never mind!

For US cabinet , Does Roppongi evolved divided into 4 ? Not compressed in one folder and played randomly ?

The MAX unlock displays it as 4 different songs. However, if you still go for the encore extra stage, it is random I believe.
