Why is Cachaca in there? Wouldn't a song like Murmur Twins, My Only Shining Star, or Xepher work better?

X - X3 songs have X2's interface and the DDR 2013 - Ace songs have 2014's interface.

Tohoku Evolved still has the PRAY FOR ALL at the end.

I'm really hoping some of these UI changes will become selectable at some point, either via the site options/eA basic subscription/whatever.

I'd love to use the SN2 judgement font with the 1st-5th announcer on Ace's UI.

I'd love to see the backgrounds for the songs from SuperNova onward with the 1st-5th and Max-Extreme UI.

I gotta say, i am really liking this event so far! The only complaint i have is that some of the song choices are weird like Cachaca & After The Game Of Love.

By the way, can arcades upgrade their cabinets to Ace or is Ace exclusive to specific locations?

DDR A is exclusive to D&B and Round1 chains in the US if I recall correctly.

Damn. My D&Bs only have PIU. Wonder if I can ask them if they can consider adding it.

The problem with upgrade kits is that even if they existed in North America, many to most arcades neglected their dance machines over the years. I've reviewed over 50 dance machines in Canada, and I know that about half of these are in unacceptable condition, with at least one pad being defective. Konami should assume part of the blame for a few reasons, such as providing little information on cabinet maintenance, the rarity of previous arcade kits, and the lack of events in North America.

Is it me or DDR have extracted the "ready" and "here we go" from DDR 2014 from SM5? LOL!!!!! hahahahahah

You can notice in 0:33 "Ready" and "Here we Go" are not similar.



And the "Cleared" is different too. lmfao!!!

I've always liked songs that have their own specific full screen background videos, so I hope whenever this event ends the 1st - Extreme songs get to keep their vids.

Wow, the play area is noticeably smaller on the left. Still noticeably larger than actual EXTREME, though, since the arrows are smaller.
