I believe that the theme should default to a Free Week on the rare circumstance that no one is able to announce the proper theme within the given time frame.

I have no clue where Pandy is. If nothing's announced in an hour, I'll make something up!

I've been looking through the thread to see the timestamps of each theme announcement and they usually fall within five hours or so. This announcement would increase the gap as it would literally be announced on midnight GMT and late evening EDT, making the announcement of the theme a day late.

Tyma should, provided that Pandy is not able to. It falls on them to message each other the theme selection weeks in advance to prevent this problem from occurring.

Also I've been told there's a problem with my vid displaying. No idea what's wrong with that.

That would give us both an advantage over everyone else in the contest, though? We don't know each others' themes in advance, and don't start our files until the theme is announced.
