Keep in mind I only had the intent of playing Single-Challenge when I was doing the expanding, so some other easier settings may or may not be properly synced... I haven't checked. I would suppose 90% of people only want to play Single-Challenge anyway. ;)

Pandemonium is a brutal, unrelenting beast. I got 3/4 through it on x0.7 then I just couldn't go on anymore. I was only 30 or so seconds from the end last night.
I'm leaning towards Vertex being the easiest of the ones on the list. AA'ed it on x0.8 last night, near full combo, in spite of my sock catching a screw at one point. If I have a hope of doing any of these at full speed, it's Vertex.

Oh yeah.

I'm going to add ! and Energizer to that list soon when I'm finished converting their doubles charts to single (Gotta finish MAX300 (SMMM) FDE and MAX300 (SMMM) Voltage Special though).

They are both 13 footers on Double. ;)

It's going to be hard though. ! has jumps that involve the same arrows on both pads IIRC.

I've actually done Energizer (10). So I should have no problem with up to x0.8. It's definitely hard, but I don't think it's as hard as Euphoria. Probably harder than Vertex though, so I guess it belongs on the hard list.

As for them both being 13 on double, Energizer double has streams in places where the singles chart just has 4ths, and the slow section is more fully stepped.

Soon enough, we shall judge their 13-footerness when I get around to making it. I'll convert and upload a revised challenge chart (I have to remove the bass-ackwards syndrome) first for judgment, then finish the others. ;)

Btw, first time I played Dream to Nightmare, I was like "Oh Child! This was s'posed to be a 12?" Srsly, I think it should be a 13 due to the stops. Of course, someone will probably not agree with me.

In which case I'd just do a Left Right jump, since that's the best way to simulate it on one pad.

I was watching a video of VerTex^3 on Pump it Up Pro and I was wondering why no one made a chart with the identical beat (from the steps) on Stepmania. The step pattern seems solid, even if the song sounds seizuresque.

I've seen the videos of fan-made charts and they are bad. I mean really, REALLY bad.

I just thought of something. Why aren't we deciding on this the same way we decide on the best songs? Either a hurt/heal style game, or a 1vs1 paired style one. That seems like the most sensible way to do it, instead of everyone just stating their opinions. I think 1vs1, comparing the songs to each other in pairs, then correlating the results would be best. The hardest song is the one that wins against every other song, and the easiest is the one that loses against every other song. Somebody else organize it, I'm lazy, and absent on weekends.

Good god that is one hell of a 13 footer chart. It incorporates hands into the chart along with devastatingly long streams.

! on doubles... who ever thought that people will actually try and lie down on the mat to get all of the hands is nothing short of insane.

Well, I got around to trying ! doubles at half speed. The streams are actually simple for a doubles chart, just very fast at full speed. And you don't have to lie down to get the hands.
And I look on youtube, and it has been done, almost nobarred.

I'll have to try PROD, and FELMOD, as they may well be harder than V^2OD.
