I can't really speak for anyone else but I really couldn't care less if your file has graphics or not, the stepchart itself is what's important. If your done with the steps I would upload your file now, either without graphics or with the contest graphics Dreamland made and worry about custom graphics later.
That being said though I can probably make some graphics for you.
