Best way to cheat Max.(period) on Encore extra stage

@razorblade: That's assuming that the BPM stays the same throughout the entirety of beat 9.000-10.000 though, which isn't necessarily the case. Based on the flashing of the target arrows, I count 40 frames (at 30fps) from beat 9.000 to 9.500, which would indicate a BPM of 22.5 which matches the aforementioned pattern. The BPM could be around ~50 or so in the fraction of a second between beat 9.9375 after the stop and beat 10.000, before it jumps to 200.

I made some metronomes to help with timing the arrows, especially the stop.

Note: To time the stop, I put the metronome at 200 bpm at it seemed to match up. I tested it out in stepmania and it seems accurate.
