I don't think Milchstraße being S-C-U is likely; he already has a song in this macchiato set.

I'm inclined to say part TOMOSUKE actually? He uses the "Unicorn tail" breakbeat loop too, and the instruments seem a little like Dormir to me.

I know that S-C-U has a song is this set. However, the song uses his synths. I also think it's a collab (due to the word "and" in the artist name) with DJ YOSHITAKA because of the key change toward the end.

Well, that's a little contrived... a lot of songs do that. It does kinda sound like Lucky Vacuum though.

There needs to be a mix of a game with only P*Light songs.

Yoshitaka and Ryu do the octave up thing more than anyone else. Its extremely obnoxious. Its like they ran out of ideas and the song was too short, so they change octave and repeat.

I think Buluka & Nilo is an alias for a Eurovision artist. Eurovision songs are quite infamous for their upward key modulations. There's simply no other possibility.

A whole octave? That's definitely obnoxious.

Japanese incomplete sentences has appeared. I think they are parts of lyrics. I wonder if the artist is Akhuta or Asaki.

And there is another incomplete sentence. It seems that the line which the sentence starts is different, but what does it mean?

Several letters were added, so the sentence now makes sense. But if you pay attention only to added letters, you can read another sentence, "Hoshi yadoru sora no shita de" and "Eda ni musubu negai." The former one is the title of the song which is included in GITADORA OverDrive, and it is written by Akhuta. Could the latter be the title of the new song?

The image is similar to the jacket of "Hoshi yadoru sora no shita de," but some part are not depicted in it. The new song could well be the sister song.

Those "local idol" songs are the 5 new UMU songs that were added 3 days ago in Reflec Beat and DDR (why was it not at the same time in Jubeat is unknown though)
From the look of it, guess that means we'll have a new Bonus Tune as well in the next update (once again new info released everyday maybe?)

While that is the likely case here, it'd be funny if it turned out to be songs from the Locodol anime instead.

All Nippon Amesement Machine Operators' Union has announced "Tenkaichi Otoge- Matsuri Zenkoku Issei Nintei Taikai" will be held during this autumn and winter.
It is confirmed that Konami (jubeat saucer fulfill), Namco (Taiko no Tatsujin Lightgreen Ver.), Sega (maimai ORANGE), and Taito (Groove Coaster EX) is going to exchange one of their original songs each other. Also, a new song written by the persons who represent each game is going to be added to the games.
