Haven't been to this db in forever the machine is unplayable to me because of the darkness. At least the sound was good but I couldn't see the notes. The tri county flea market DDR was in good shape but still no screen on popn and iidx still down

I PM'ed diekatze88 about Pop'n being broken and got no response. Is there anyone else we can contact in regards to Pop'n Music at Tri-County's monitor not working? I want to be able to play it sometime again soon there!

Fortunately I will be hitting up CTF sometime before they move their IIDX and Pop'n to Rack N Roll...

Well I finally returned to CTF
DDR: This machine is still great. I love it. Although somebody there and his group of friends put four credits into the machine when i was there so I had to wait for them to finish their songs. Didn't mind too much, reminded me of the old days but it was mostly just this one guy doing it. I might have had to step harder than I expected but i think I am just used to my foam red octane pad. Good times on this.
Pump it UP: This seems to be extremely popular at CTF now. I didn't get to play it but this machine was always in use. People seem to love it
Sound Voltex: Was in a good spot so I could hear it mostly, but the headphone jack I couldn't get to work. I kept pushign the 7 button to increase volume but it wouldn't work.
Pop'n Music: IN good shape. Buttons work well, sound is good.
Beatmania IIDX: Buttons and such work great but what a mess! They moved this machine into a completely terrible spot right next to the DDR machine. I didn't see one person play it, but I did then understood why no one played it. You couldn't hear a darn thing even if you pumped up the volume. I will miss having a IIDX machine closeby.

Anyway going to try and go to 8 on the Break next weekend.

I'm trying... hopefully Saturday to watch the ITG tourney.

I am perfectly cool with that. There were really only two touhou songs I love and maybe one vocaloid. My excitement is through the roof I am going to check Islandia on Thursday and see when they are getting it. and ZOMG EAMUSEMENT 5 BUCKS

Yeah, I'm down for top 40 over the touhou stuff because of the A stuff none of the touhou charts are ones I care about losing - really the only chart I have an eye on now is new century, hopefully that'll change soon. It's a shame too, if the avatar doesn't give it away I like me some touhou.

And it'll probably make the game a bit more money which can't be bad.

This all being said I'm pretty firmly engrossed in ITG stamina 15s so mostly I'll be at CTF regardless, but a few rounds of A will be fun!

Strangely at the Islandia D&B we have Pump it UP and that has Bad Apple on it. I am just really excited they are implementing the e-Amusement system and pray this will lead to more music games. I will support the heck out of this as much as I can.

All the new york DDRs' delivery times are listed so we should be getting them all this week, I'll probably be in the area to check out Times Square sometime this weekend. The other two should be in already which is cool.

The qualifiers and COTC songpack are also both on the CTF ITG machine now in case you want to practice. I'd assume it's on the 8otB machine as well but I'm not a fan of driving there not on a special occasion so I can't confirm.

IIDX is also 3 credits a swipe still.

I'm likely going to D&B Times Square on Sunday. Looking forward to playing some DDR A and dusting off my eAmuse pass.

We are up and running at Islandia's Dave & Busters!! They do not have any e-Amusement cards yet (I HOPE they get them soon). The machine is online though! I also got the July weekday pass. I work 9-5 days but I am near Islandia for my job so I can go here on my lunch breaks and play for free the rest of the month! Oh yeah and it's my birthday today. I am so happy!

ISLANDIA UPDATE 7/18 - Pads admittidly getting dirty but still doing well. Nearly everyday during the week busloads of kids are coming in from camp to the D&B. Still no eAmusement passes. They say at the front now it won't be there until next week? I really hate asking them everyday so I guess I will wait another week to ask.

Hey, does anyone know how the DDR A is doing at Westbury's Dave & Buster's? I plan to go here when I return from Disney World (I will be in Disney from Thursday this week to next Monday)

Looks like it's doing well. From what I am told on the DDR Players facebook group, the volume is loud and it's in good shape. THe network can be a bit slow and he says they are getting in e-Amusement cards this week so I might stop by Westbury sometime out of curiosity

To anyone who's been to the Philadelphia D&B: How strict are they on the age requirements? I know they're 21+ to get in by yourself and I'd like to go for my 20th birthday.
