For the download count, you could just put it under the "views" when looking at the simfile instead of putting both on the category listing. 
Edit: I knew I forgot to mention something! The setup for the category listing doesn't need the sorting options. When sorting by last update, it really makes it hard to differentiate amongst the simfiles that were recently uploaded. I'm thinking that you should put something that will show the ones that were last updated (A friend of mine couldn't figure out which simfiles I last put up (he's a little lazy))

Hmmmm, nice layout, but the main part of the window kinda contrasts a little too much. Other than that, it's okay.

That one just didn't match and looked odd compared to all the others. For one it was completely the wrong size. XD

Are you calling >_< minor? Anyway, a suggestion would be one from the OverClocked Remix site...it's a smilie that gets a tomato in the face. It used to be a pie, but the tomato one's still funny.

-5 means that you are severely annoyed with that particular user; it's just seeing odd there's lots of -5 ratings with no drama (which is a good thing) going on in the forums.
If you have given someone a -5, please consider re-rating them appropriately.
Bump 2: As a guide:
+5 - Great, contributive and friendly member
+4 - As above to a lesser extent
+3 - As above to a lesser extent
+2 - As above to a lesser extent
+1 - As above to a lesser extent
0 - No Rating
-1 - Very minor annoyances
-2 - Minor annoyance
-3 - Somewhat disruptive
-4 - Very disruptive and not contributing
-5 - Totally disruptive and not contributing
