[StepMania 5.0.9 Theme] DanceDanceRevolution X2 (with Announcer and NoteSkins)

I'm guessing it's because work on the theme started back on preview 4. Don't know what changed so drastically between alpha 1 and 2 though.

I'm guessing just the options menu and scoring (although scoring is actually a bug).

Oh...theme option is gone in SM5Alpha1 but visible in SM5preview4, I'll make an update ASAP.

Does this theme force you to SuperNOVA 2 scoring? I would set it to EX, personally.

I was using StepMania5 alpha2 for that picture.

Edit: Switched over to alpha 1, Theme Options is there.

All righty, couple of new things I've just noticed from testing the theme:

1. In an earlier post, I mentioned how the sliding doors don't close when transitioning from song select->stage number->song over->results. I just realized this is ONLY happening in the 4:3 version theme. In the 16:9 version, the doors close all the way.

2. The lifebar & stage number graphics at the top of the stage during gameplay are not lined up. The lifebar overlaps the stage graphic.

3. The full combo splash happens at the same time as the doors closing at the end of a song, and CLEARED popping up. IIRC, for the AC version, the combo splash happens first, one sec or so later CLEARED shows up, then the doors slowly close. Currently, all 3 happen at the same time.

4. Minor thing -- for songs that are formatted with #TITLE and #SUBTITLE, on the song select screen, the titles overlap one another and are on the same line. I do realize that since SuperNova, the title & subtitle are all on one line so we probably just have to change it in the SM files ourselves. But just wanted to make it known.

Will let'cha know more as I find it.

Uhm,I'm not sure if this is a Bug with the Theme Itself of Stepmania
(But this hasn't happened with any other Theme than this)
I tried to take a screenshot of me FC'ing Concon and this is what greeted me in the Screenshots folder:

You may try using EXTREME scoring type to see if there is any displaying bug, but I didn't try that before.

JUST A FEW PROBLEMS:


I DON'T SEE ANY SMALL SQUARE BANNER IN THE RESULTS SCREEN.

THERE ARE TINY BLUE GAPS IN SOME SONGS

----------ALSO, GROUP FOLDERS DON'T SEEM TO APPEAR. I NEED SOME HELP.----------

Those blue tabs are there to indicate you have set a score for that song. They're purple when you set a score on Double.

Thanks. And,do you know how to make group folders work? I want to make it "arcade style" by grouping songs to their respective games.

Preferred mode puts all songs in ABC order until a few plays. If you want folders quickly, press Up-Down-Up-Down and choose group sorting.

i have a question on the pictures shown above can any of you give me a link to the jackets for all the mixes from ddr because when i use the jackets they do not appear and only the reg banners show up. and what is the correct configuration to use for them ? also should i use alph2 or alpha1a.

i managed to get it to work using some of the banners from DDRX2Banners.zip but they are not organized correctly by group folders so i had to look through each. and jus to let you know i dont know what you been by change banner as i am do not have skills woking with graphics.

rename every jacket image in this format [title]-jacket.png (e.g. Valkyrie dimension-jacket.png) and put that inside your [title of song] folder.
