About DDR Universe, the Dancing Stage version has around 7 songs less than US DDR version, but the achievement "Play all songs" specifies to play the original number of songs.
You cannot get it without buying DLC songs :/

I don't think you can get it even WITH downloads. Really terrible oversight there. At least it was fixed in Uni2.
