I change my easiest 17 to LOM X-Special
Comparing the listed "easy 15s"
Arrabbiata - The jumps and double-step/crossovers are DAMN hard. Definitely a 15.
Zeta - Should be a 14. Seriously how the hell is this a 15?
Trip Machine Phoenix - Challenge is hard on its own. Heavy has a section where it completely rapes you with jumps and the ending is beyond awkward.
NGO - Although I believe this should be a 14, the ending crossover run is very unintuitive so you may have to spin/double-step
Also, about La Libertad vs. Groove Radar Specials, I dunno about Brilliant 2U, but AM-3P and B4U are simply NOT 14s. AM-3P has a shitload of crossover 16ths, and those stepjumps at the end are total ass (Considering some people find Drop Out to be a 14)
B4U is fairly tricky, has some streamy spots and a bunch of screwed-up jacks. And is DAMN HARD to PA (and unlike old songs with lots of 12ths, it's not the fault of the engine)

If we're talking about how hard it is to clear, then I'd agree with you. The thing is, though, 5.1.1 is a BITCH to PA, and, though the steps aren't awkward and the chart itself is a lot of fun, it's hard to score well on. on Shuffle, assuming you get the 60% chance of removing all the ending crossovers. In exchange for some unexpected randomness in the beginning and middle (which on its own would probably be rated a 15-16 at most), the ending becomes a much simpler stream.
