I do agree, there are actually very few anime openings I actually care for.
As with American animation, I'm stuck listening to it, so I guess that's why I've come to hate it.

Note: American animation != all of TV. Rhythm and Police is a theme from a Japanese detective show, for example ;)

Also if this happens I WILL be stepping the theme from Fort Boyard. Just throwing that out there.

I think I'll join in, but I wish I had an idea of what the themes will generally be like.

I don't want to join and have every theme be "anime week" in some form.

The themes are nothing like the ones that have been suggested so far!

"Make a song that contains X" and "Make a song from an anime" are the complete opposite of what I'm going for!
