If anyone's still paying attention to this thread, here are some group jackets for the NA PS2 versions.

If I didn't know better, I'd say these games were secretly co-produced by Valve. Because they couldn't count to 3.

I made a Banner and Jacket for Club Version based on the top image here.

It is a non-standard size because I did not want to make it any blurrier by scaling it up artificially. It matches the resolution of the top image on that site exactly; just padded with black to fit the aspect ratio for a banner and jacket.
