Unreal, The Reason, or What Will Come of Me?

I presume he was talking about Unreal. That chart is messed up for a 9 on heavy.

I vote we sue Konami again. Anyone agree?

SOUL CRASH deserved that 8, and a high one at that. Unreal is jump-heavy (IMHO, in the wrong places), hence the unnecessary difficulty.

Soul Crash is an 8. Remains an 8.

Personally not seeing it. On that note I'd bump up the Doubles chart to a 9 as it's effectively the same patterns.

Well, for Dead End, compared to other 9-footers, it seems too... basic. If Soul Crash stays an 8, so does Dead End. :O

The original is decidedly harder than the remix. Maaaybe the original isn't a 9, but that would make it one of the hardest 8s (If we're talking about single/expert) in DDR. The arrowfest in the middle of the song on the original is extremely difficult if you haven't learnt it through repeated practice (since songs are rated by how hard they are on default settings (bag)).

I would say that the remix is one number below the original, whatever the original should be. So 9 & 8 or 8 & 7.

The steps are rather simple, but they're pretty draining (for me at least) because it's near-constant 8th note streams with only a few breaks. Plus the jacks at the end are a pain in the ass.

I could definitely see a song like Paranoia KCET being an 8, however; other than the jacks in the middle it's really pretty easy.

EDIT: Actually, wasn't Paranoia KCET an 8 up until MAX2? Either way I think it's really easy for a 9.

Originally, was 6, was 7, was 8. MAX2 changed and to 5 and 9 respectively, while stayed a 7. I never really understood the rating change. I found PARANOiA KCET to be a bit easier than DIRTY MIX .

So... added with decimal 0.5 is more suitable.

Just like DDR SOLO before.

Paranoia KCET = 8 and Paranoia MAX Dirty Mix = 8.5

I have to disagree with the Dead End thing. The pattern may be basic, but it's still a lot of arrows coming very fast, and in a pattern that forces you to move around quite a bit. It's tiring. Plus those repeated arrows at the end are tough not to miss. I consider Dead End to be a pretty typical 9-footer.

As for patsenner, it's got a bunch of 8th note jumps, yeah, but they're coming slow enough that they're not really an issue. It's a lot like... oh wait. Let the beat hit em! is a seven. I thought it was a six for some reason. Okay, I guess patsenner can be a seven too.

It isn't even close to being a 9 at all.

Dead End is a 9 imo.
The is weird. it's a 6 for most of the chart and finish with a 9. So it's a low 8.

My Summer Love should be 7 for and 8 for .

Dead End is definitely a 9. Not all 9s have to be as hard as Afronova or HVAM.

My Summer love oni is an 8.
the heavy chart is also an 8, but on the other end of the rating.

Also, Secret Rendezvous is an 8

I just don't get how we could have passed Uranus ? In SN2, it was a 10, which it definitely should NOT be. It should be a 9, and a low-end 9 at that.

Good thing that the ratings were changed during the X era, as it was re-rated to a 13 (9 on the old scale).

Sure Uranus was missrated on SN2.

Funny when you see on this one that Hades is a 9 even if it's way more harder than Uranus (10).
Fortunatly, this is fixed now :p

But i will have some funny moment in the location i play when they will get a SN2 jap.
