Might take time but I'm sure LT would get around to it...seeing that he isn't legally bound to working on anything for the site/taking requests and stuff, he does this all on his spare time.

As mentioned above, He makes user banners/CD Banners/Graphics out of his own time. In this case, it might take a day, it might take 10 years, unless you don't post and become a good "voice" in the community, the chances of you getting your own user banner is slim to none. ESPECIALLY if you want it PRevo-style.

I got the already have the official one from the pdfs Konami released so I'm good. 
EDIT: Good god Toon I just realized I had a vector of that logo for almost a year now and you never noticed?
