Z-I-v Simfile Collaborations

...due to schooling and the such, i may not be able to participate in this =(

plus, i need to learn how to make simfiles and the such (i can make re-edits of songs like the ones from DDR X US CS...but idk if they are good enough to play)

also, (total newb for asking this but...) syncing is when you put the steps in the right place right?

IF I WOULD BE ABLE TO, i would only do things like Singles and some syncing...

Also, i would like to see some of the user created Xmixes on the collab

Syncing consists of finding the offset and and having the arrows scroll at the right time so that arrows will be on beat.

A person that is new to syncing will often pick a BPM for the song -- that has a drifting BPM -- and instead of adjusting the BPM, they adjust the arrows so it ends up having blue/yellow/orange note syndrome.

You can get your own category so that you can post up your re-edits. All you gotta do is ask Al for a category. Just know that you'll be competing against me in that department. (I finally got around to getting X)


If you mean Singles only then, yeah, you're on the list. If you don't mean Singles then you're going have to elaborate as I'm confused as to what you're trying to say.

i decide to remake the zukin-mixes(one to four) as(IMO-i think) they were cut awful,
as for my DDR:Zukin Edition Project(If anyone want to join then it fine by me as it would be a collaboration i guess, limit:5? i want it to be a surprize for everyone else)....hopefully i can start during my christmas break and get the default songlist(Licenses with a couple of KOs) ready for 2010(like around Mar.14 or early....if i have no problems >.>...other then stepping (=.=;) ) wish me luck because i know im going to need it lol.....

I really want to join but there is at least 2 problems for me apparently :

- "You must have a simfile category" -> I don't have one. I have done like 10 files (2 are double- only, because i love double).
I don't really want to release most of my charts for now (for differents reasons).
But, i can give you link to my 2 double charts, if you really want to know what i'm capable of.

- "No mines" -> If this is mandatory, i'm auto-eliminate :s
My 2 double charts have mines, and most of my single have mine too. Why ? Mines are not only here for increase difficulty. Sometimes, this can help player (see my doubles), create diversity, fun, design...
Can i know why mines can't be used ?

Oh btw, this is not about a "week theme" now ? We can step almost everything ?
