On a cabinet? For sure Daft Punk is Playing at my House on X2, I still can't believe that's one of the licenses on that game :p

My very first DDR song that I've played is "Have You Never Been Mellow" back in the late 2010's.



I came across this game on YouTube and I was like: "Pfft, I can do that". So I played it on an emulator on my tablet, and I decided to give it a shot, starting with this song with the easiest difficulty (which is this song that I mentioned).

Don't know the precise track, but if I had to guess, Let's Dance on DDR SUPERNOVA CS on my high school's PS2. But oddly enough, I was first exposed to StepMania before I had ever heard of Dance Dance Revolution. It was this ancient Youtube video that got me interested to download the program.

Sadly can't recall the song, but I do remember that my first DDR game was either 1st or 2ndMIX (their interfaces look quite similar) back in the late 2000's/early 2010's when I was like 7-8 or something.

I saw a bunch of people playing and thought it was the coolest thing ever and I immediately wanted to try it.

I'm gonna guess the obvious and assume my first song was Butterfly.

I do believe it was Graduation ~それぞれの明日~ on a DDR Extreme cab back in like... 2004 or 2005...
However, behind that cab was a DDRMAX cab, in which I am pretty sure my first song on there was BYE BYE BABY BALLOON .

I can't remember which one I played first, but I am certain those were the two first songs I played on the game.

My first song was probably Remember You on the American release of CS DDR MAX. My sister got DDR and I tried it a few times reluctantly before eventually getting super into it.

I'm not 100% sure what song it was, but I know it was when I picked up a copy of Ultramix3 years ago. Probably one of the first songs in that mix?

Maaaaybe Bye Bye Baby Balloon? I really liked Dam Dariam when I heard it before that, so I wouldn't be surprised if a JOGA song was the first one I played.

Ultramix represent! Officially, Senses on Ultramix 4 was my first song because it was the easiest one for my uncoordinated feet at the time lol

Unofficially, I do not know the name of the song, but it was on a DDR Kids machine at my local arcade. My friends and I were goofing around at the arcade and little did I know I was playing on a rare cabinet. Fun fact actually, the image on Wikipedia is from that same arcade!
