I have a theory that they'll do another massive drop for japanese summer vacation that'll include Pop'n 6 2, Usanuko, CS 6, and two other things idk.

Very likely, as the pop'n 6 card doesn't have an unlockable Deco part and there's no cutscene after clearing it. Maybe not this month, but sometime in the future, yeah.

It's very likely Konami had to scrap it at the last minute due to artist issues, which would definitely explain why Des-ROW didn't do a new song when Hip Rock 7 absolutely would've been the 6-2 song, going by the recent pattern of the big songs of every game getting sequels (Swedish, Soft Rock, Night Out). My bet is a new Kiddy & Sunshine Lovers song will take its place.
