I find it unfortunate that this song had to be assigned to me, for it was a very nice song, and worthy of being stepped by a more compotent participant; also, there is no version specially designed for stepmania 5, even though the skeleton had an ssc file, so further apologies on that.
Below are my notes and my votes. Unfortunately, used to have Stepmania 5, but when I made attempts to modify the noteskin a long time ago, I somehow managed to make it so that even after uninstalling and reinstalling, it still does not work. Below are my notes and my votes. Ghost Street (Mandarin Version)- The beginning of the heavy chart had too many 4th streams and understepped 8th patterns in my opinion; later on, while better 8th patterns began to appear, I was shocked at how missed opportunities you had to insert some 16th streams, leading to one of the few files of this contest with the hardest chart having no notes quantized beyond 8th notes.
Hopelessly Devoted to You- Decent chart, but the patterns are rather methodical and repetitive. I also think that the light chart should have had a few 12 notes (similar to the chart for Ballad for You), while the standard chart should have had a greater emphasis on gallops; however, I'm very glad that there is what's basically a 3-note 24th stream in the heavy chart. In addition, I am a large fan of the art choice of the submission, for it adds that lovely Japanese Yandere-esque touch to this Western-ballad.
New Horizons- Interesting that the song was created and stepped by the same person; the heavy chart is pretty nice, other than perhaps the lightly stepped part of measures 25-28.
Sapphire- An interesting bag-esque chart, and I liked the way the Heavy chart was stepped. however, the song felt a little lugubrious to trudge through, and I thought that tossing in some speed gimmicks (such as during the long freeze arrows of the standard chart) might help.
Say My Name- A decent chart, but should have used more 16th and 32nd streams, especially near the beginning.
Super Fantasy- Nice Gimmicks and nice chart, thought in the heavy chart, the triplet just before measure 55 is conducive to double stepping.
TAKE A LOOK AROUND- Nice charts and video sequence (plus, I really like this song), but I felt that the heavy chart should have ended with a jump, and that the challenge chart should have had more karaoke-stepping.

Can you grab the newest version of Stepmania 5 (5.0.10) and install it in a different directory like your Downloads folder? You should always keep Stepmania directories out of Program Files anyway, whether it's 5 or 3.9 (or anything else) whenever you have to change something, Windows nags if you have permission to do what, which causes problems in saving .sms/.sscs (I lost an entire custom BGScript because of this). I personally keep all of my Stepmania installs in my Downloads folder. I have about 8 in there, each for my own reasons.

To be honest, I'm sort of losing confidence in my own abilities. And with having 6 more songs to go, this contest is starting to feel like a chore to do with not too much payoff (some of the songs I didn't have fun stepping or are complete failures; I didn't even feel like making graphics for two of them).
I think this contest taking a week off is a good thing, it gives all of us a chance to recharge.

Apologies in advance to whoever submitted this. I ended up being unexpectedly busy this week, and the song turned out being a lot harder to step properly than I had thought, so the file didn't end up as good as I had hoped. The

I really disagree with everything you said. Not every file needs to have lots of 8th or 16th streams. I would rather play a fun file than overstepped garbage.
