Some comments on stuff I voted...
Lucky Days: I think it's better if you don't use the same direction with the 16ths in the beginning. (Like UL-RL or RD instead of UL-LR)
Express Emotion: Too many rests...
concon: In some parts Pandy's chart is better... IIRC the time 16ths started popping up.
SAITAMA2000: Goes pretty well. Not really a fan of the song though.
CRIMSON BLOOD: Not so good fade out...

Notes:
Love Bloom - This had some pretty unique ideas as far as what the chart followed. Good Job on Originality.
Cupcakes - This feels alot harder than a 9 with those 24ths. Perhaps throwing in some 16ths to follow the song more tightly and bumping it up to challenge might have felt a bit more fitting, but aside from the 24ths this was not a bad file.
