Wow, that one completely slipped past me. It's not even in my SM. I skipped right over it when unzipping all the files. Will play now and I'll edit my post and send you a PM when I'm done.
To DMAxel and ddrstepper: I will check both of your files with clap on.
Edit 1:
To ddrstepper: The 8ths do work, but the gallops don't. They should be triplet gallops IMO. Bumping Busted up to a 7/10.
To DMAxel: Still seems offsync. And it's drifting so it seems to be a BPM problem.
Edit 2 (DMAxel): I believe the correct BPM is 172.5, not .4. Maybe this is just in my head. Maybe it's a cut error. Maybe I'm right. Maybe you're right.

My votes and thoughts...
+5 - concon (BNM)
Heavy: I don't see a way this could be improved. Need more?
+4 - Ryoushi no Umi no Lindworm
Heavy: I see this simfile as the "right song choice in the right hands". A multitude of elements and rhythms, added to its chaotic nature and lots of space for creativity. I like the way most sounds are explored and the BPM changes are the cherry of the cake. The section after the first pause (measures 59-68) doesn't flow naturally for me, though, since it's not clear what you're following, but as a sequence of 4th and 8th notes only, that's not a problem. I have to say the song itself is not my cup of tea, but this simfile is strong enough to keep me playing it.
Difficult: All good points about Heavy applies here, too, but as an easier chart, I was expecting a bit more pattern variation. It's a nice work, anyway.
+3 - spiral
Heavy: This is not the kind of song I listen to, but I must say I really liked it. It feels great that the coolest part of the song is, also, the coolest part of this chart (in its first sequence, at least). Jumps are a strong addition here, and it works greatly everytime they are used. That's the reason I couldn't appreciate the 16th steps (measures 47 and 51) in the same way. However, I'll not take it as a negative point, since the song doesn't give you much space for rhythm variation during (and after) the chorus. I prefer to see it as a charming detail. The way the freezes follow the vocal at measures 15-16 and 23-24 got my attention in a good way, too. I don't believe the freezes at measures 35-36 and 39-40 have a substantial reason to exist, except, maybe, for a false impression of complexity in a relatively simple sequence, or for visual effects. Anyway, in both cases I'm fine with it. I feel like returning to this song more times.
Challenge: Some aspects here don't make sense to me. But let's do it in order. Measures 1-16: Perfect. I really like how you follow the synths and drums so closely. 17-23: Different. The first 16th sequence starts 1/8th measure before the drums, and it's followed some nonsensical (maybe experimental) notes that I don't like. 24-34: It looks ok. 35-36/39-40: Nonsensical 16th notes again, and the fact some of these are crossovers at 170BPM didn't help too. 41-46: Ok. 47-54: I have no (good) words to describe this, sorry. 55-62: It looks ok. In general, I like the work you put on this simfile and Heavy chart, so you deserve at least 3 points here.
+2 - Everyday, カチューシャ
Heavy: Nice start. The first sequence of jumps (measures 9-12) breaks the intensity for a moment, but it's good to avoid repetitive or boring 8th streams. I don't have much to say about the next measures until the first half of the chorus. You worked with what the song gives to you and, for a 7-foot chart, it's ok. The freeze jumps and crossovers helped giving some variation, and I personally like it. The best part, for me, are measures 40-44, where you induce more intense movements. I'm not a fan of using double-stepping in my charts, but I can recognize and appreciate when someone else makes good use of it, and this chart is no exception, so great work on measures 49-56. This chart is basically flawless, except, maybe, for that spin at measure 47, but I'll not complain about this minor detail, so, 2 points here.
+1 - Euroman
Heavy: Pretty solid chart. Nothing different from the usual good Eurobeat simfiles. The placement looks perfect, following the most noticeable elements of the song, like the synth hook, and never goes over the top. It got my attention for the good number of freeze arrows, especially on jumps, and the great execution of crossovers (measures 29-30). I didn't like much the execution of that sequence of 8th jumps at measures 43-44, though, mostly because of the first one (crossed over and in the end of a 8th stream) but, due to the high quality of the chart, this is easily ignored. A well-deserved top 5.
Honorable Mention: Express Emotion
Heavy: I-I-I-I like the way you fo-fo-fo-follow the vocals in this song and make it bo-bo-bo-bouncy on the chorus. I believe you could make use of some chaotic and more intense steps at measures 27-28, and measures 29-32 could use something more than just long freeze arrows, but I'm fine with what you did. The BPM change and stop were good additions, but I believe you lost a good opportunity to make your chart more interesting during the slow part (measures 53-55). This simfile is mostly well-executed, fun and with a good replay value. It didn't explore the full potential of the song, but still have some moments to shine, especially with those jumps.

Update!
chart has been added to my Summer's Not Hot simfile.
Download not really required since I made this for fun, but I thought I'd just notify you guys, just in case.
I also had to re-resync because syncing has got me super paranoid.
