The apparent condition for getting the DJ TROOPERS folder is to beat over 100 scores.

Beating the national top score or local machine score on an individual chart will add 1 to that count.

I really hope that it also includes beating your own scores as well, because if it isn't they're expecting far too much from people (especially those who play at the same arcade as DOLCE).
