[x] SM5 gimmicks are used in any capacity
Another one I had fun writing. Dua Lipa songs lend themselves to that, I'm starting to find. I am fairly certain this is the last song of hers I'm stepping for the contest, for it is not my intention to contribute to oversaturating her or this project in this contest. but if I do, oh well, the shit SLAPS, severely, and I don't discourage anyone else from stepping her songs.
Please find the Custom ZIP containing the lyric video here, as the video is too large for the site uploader and I'm a doof who doesn't know how y'all manage to make higher quality videos these smaller file sizes quite yet. help plz

no graphics this time for now but i had to finish this file quickly anyways all stops add up to 2 seconds together, there are many bpm changes (rlly just stutters but whatever) and min bpm is 1/4th of the max bpm im tired mi rushed this i swear if there's a doublestep in this im gonna scream

Charting School
some of us need to go back…
This may come as a surprise to no one, but I still haven’t gotten my charting license yet. But don’t worry, I only have one exam left. I have to write an 800 word essay about what not to do at a double step. I was all ready to go but somehow I got distracted. It’s due next week and all I have is one big word written on the page. You’re gonna have to help me finish my essay.
What I learned in charting school is…
Song title must start with the word “The”.

Was originally going to step Not Gonna Get Us by t.A.T.u., but I decided to go with something that's both from Eurovision and t.A.T.u.-adjacent. Sergey Lazarev, Lena Katina, and Yulia Volkova were all in the Russian children's group Neposedy in the late 90s.

You're not wrong, but "step a song that begins with 'The'" just feels really cheap and uninteresting.
