Last I checked SM4 couldn't have themes changed or have different arrow skins...this was a long time ago.
If you could, then I would like it.

I've found themes specifically made for SM4 so I'm guessing it's possible to change it.
Though I agree, I never upgraded to SM4 cause it looks ugly and it sucks...
