Every 5 main DDR releases so far we've gotten a new announcer. 1st-5thMIX, MAX-SN2, X-2014... Hopefully 2015 follows suit, along with a new interface and new ui music. Distractive quotes like "SAIKO-DA", "WE'RE DANCING, WE'RE GROOVIN'..." and Another Phase by TAG on the interface are cancer to me at this point.

I know alot of people give that announcer guff but I like him better than the previous one.

This non-hard songs is for a reason:
Because nobody get PFC a Hard Song like OPT in the moment that required,
Konami say for DDR players: Obtain more PFC in much songs (hard songs included with many stops or gimmicks) & unlock more difficulties or hard songs for play it

At least we're getting new content, and that's good.

Though I'm sulking over (is it even sulk-worthy? ) the fact that MAKE A JAM!'s going to be revived in RB first rather than in DDR. ("difficult-to-revive" my behind, U1 :v)

Well whaddya know, more fanservice for the fans of moe. Though I'm pretty much fed up with HinaBita. One song or two was ok, but milking it with several songs from that franchise??

It saddens me (or us, since "I" sounds a little self-centered) that DDR is starting to get Out of Focus since 2014, overshadowed (or should I say, over-overshadowed) by pretty much every other BEMANI game, even BeatStream. Content like this makes me worried for DDR's future.

I'm actually really digging this. Reminds me of Dormir (fitting since that's Tomosuke and Crimm, with the former doing instrumentation for a lot of the Hinabitter songs I like), namely なまいきプリンセス and にゃんだふる55 marble version. Guys, don't knock these songs before you give them a listen at least!

Also, I may be the only one who feels this way, but I'm more disappointed that KONAMI is being wishy-washy with releases. Sure, we have a few of the group collab songs, the duet collab songs, the spinoff songs, and solo tracks, but we have big gaps in each category. I personally think KONAMI should commit to releases and maybe catch us up with the games that have a 1:1 release schedule with the Hinabitter series itself, like jubeat, pop'n, and REFLEC.

In other words, if we're gonna be trendy, go trendy all the way, p.s. I like this song.

The problem with these 'trendy' songs is... well, they're trendy in Japan. Most of us don't live in Japan, therefore most of us automatically assume they're garbage and don't know what the fuck it is.

Sad, as most of these songs are probably fan favourites in the countries this game is actually made for.

I love neko*neko is a fantastic and kawaii song

I'm not whining about the song itself (its OK for me at least), but im kinda sad for the way Bemani release new content to DDR (like 1 song per week just to keep it alive), and we can add neko*neko was released in 3 bemani games last week while it can be added to DDR and Gitadora too, but well ...

Yeah I agree with DDR addict. It's an easy song to listen to and a great cool down tune IMO. I like the diversity we get, and this helps fill the dormir void I've had.

Be happy we are at least getting content. I honestly thought DDR was going to be dead for at least half a year after OTP. Do I want original and overall more content? Sure but I mean it's still something.

To me DDR is just not the same without DanceMania and Naoki around anymore. They are what gave DDR its unique essence for quite some time. We just gotta adapt to "Another Phase" of DDR. lulz. Not like the content most people dislike outnumbers the content most people enjoy.

With the recent location tests of DDR 2014, KONAMI just might begin taking notes on western musical tastes, studying the songs that are played more frequently and using that for future content. Hopefully then we can get more content that is more enjoyable by wider audiences.

also good god please enough with those generic earraping synth heavy boss songs like Elemental Creation IX JOMANDA FLOWER Triple Journey and pretty much any TAG song I mean geez I enjoy most of these but you don't have to just go crazy on a synthesizer to put out a boss song get creative try new sounds and instruments aaahhhhh

Konami loves to have grudges with other directors when they leave, see Naoki, Iga, Kojima...
