On-Topic: So Konami of America has apparently, NO PLANS to give out DDR X upgrade kits...
As I suspected :{ Out of interest, where/when has this been confirmed? Konami of Europe confirmed it back in late-January.

Or so, we just have to wait the NEXT ddr arcade -_-
Except it is perfectly likely that this will be an upgrade from DDR X, using (in our case) crappy DDR X cabinets... so we are still out of luck :{
(Unless someone starts bringing Japanese upgrade kits over to the US/Europe, that is)

I got my info from BMS:
Betson responds: No plans for DDR X upgrade kits.
I would also like to point out that they say:
So it could just be that FOR NOW, no plans are up to getting upgrade kits for DDR X...
...why do i suddenly feel a HUGE wave of mails being sent to Konami about this? >_>

Thanks.
"For now" is also the answer I was given by Konami of Europe back in January. Don't hold your breath for a change of heart - even if they changed their minds now, it'd still most likely be too late by the time they get their act together.
I would have been tempted to buy an upgrade kit (if they were at the Japanese prices of approx £2,300ish at most).

Sorry for asking this one again if ever this already exists in this forum or from another forum in this Web site. If it does, please tell me its URL. Thank you.
I would like to know the score range for each performance grade. What I know are as follows.
AAA : 990,000 to 1,000,000
AA : 950,000 to 989,990 [989,999 if playing in Nonstop or Challenge (?)]
A : 900,000 to 949,990 [949,999 if playing in Nonstop or Challenge (?)]
B : 800,000(?) to 899,990 [899,999 if playing in Nonstop or Challenge (?)]
C : 700,000(?) to 799,990(?) [799,999 if playing in Nonstop or Challenge (?)]
D : 0 to 699,990(?) [699,999 if playing in Nonstop or Challenge (?)]
E : Not applicable. Applicable only if life gauge of player went empty.

Kyzentun is right. The grading is scaled; on Basic, an A is from 810,000 to 949,999. On Expert, A is 900,000 to 949,999.
I don't know the exact levels per grade level beyond that. I'd be interested to know X's exact grade tiers per difficulty.

Though knowing how good most members on here are the tiered grading is meaningless, especially since most could probably whip all but the boss songs on Expert.

I played Boss Rush on Difficult for my first time today. Made it to the end of 5th stage and failed
I wonder how many tries its going to take me to pass it. Anyone wanna make bets?
I'll take between 34-38 tries. (bet within 5)
edit: I'll upload the video I decided.

Regarding http://zenius-i-vanisher.com/v5.2/viewthread.php?threadid=1265&page=375, post number 7488,
. I didn't know that it depends on the difficulty used.

If anyones interested, I've managed to allow the import of any .XML files for the official DDR editor aswell as being able to write custom edits in notepad and import them back into the editor (which allows you to save them as .dat) to use on the machine.
If anybody knows C++ and knows the SM format very well, I can tell you the specifics of KONAMI's XML format and we can make a .SM to .XML program.
