I do think that it's at least nice that most of the top songs from the test are newer content. I'd kinda hope that Konami gets the idea that players do really want to play the newer stuff we haven't seen in the past several years in an official release.

Really? As recently as 爆なな☆てすとロイヤー I strongly disliked an official ESP chart, but maybe that's because I feel the EDP chart is that much better.

Tbh, I really liked Dopamine ESP and 爆なな☆てすとロイヤー ESP. In The Breeze, as I have expressed before, was pretty disappointing.
パ→ピ→プ→Yeah! was also a bit underwhelming and Not what I expected in some parts. Usually, with time, I end up liking charts more than I do at first glance. This almost feels like a reiteration of In the Breeze, with those weird 8th jumps.

This test cabinet came directly from warehouse stock in Japan (shipping caused the slight delay in starting the test), it was not made specifically for this test. The fact that it has a unique software code means absolutely nothing about the build of the cabinet itself. The machine being used for the test is identical to the white cabinets that are sold and used by arcades in Japan. Please don't spread false information.

I don't now but i feel they put more effort on Double charts instead of Single charts (パ→ピ→プ→Yeah! Single chart is pretty fun IMO, but the double have more fun patterns, just like Sakura Mirage)

We're a hard crowd to please, aren't we? To be fair, I think the general opinion of Summer fantasy was positive. Also notice I'm not excluding myself from 'we'.
Opinion on パ→ピ→プ→Yeah!: I actually kinda like that chart. Not too overly stepped, and follows most of the rhythms well.

Also the first video I've actually cared about. This song is surprisingly good for a 2015 song with lyrics, and the BG is nice and bouncy.

And I think パ→ピ→プ→Yeah! is the only song that felt like it deserved charts more than the others, but only because I already have a prediction on what the chart could look like (namely, my chart).

The interesting fact in this is that I don't really think these new songs necessarily need an . While I wanted that for the BoP and RDI songs + Aether and Dopamine (for example), mostly so that they could reach *MY* definition of a boss song, these don't really have that kind of caliber for me that warrants an oni.

Honestly, I agree with djjeff about Remain being understepped. I mean, it has the potential to be a pretty decent 17 at most (it could even be an 18 but that'd be pushing it)
I don't think it's bad, but it could use a little extra bit of difficulty to it without making it ridiculous
