Can someone please clarify something for me? "Conditions loosened" on a song means what exactly? It's unlocked and part of the song wheel permanently or it's easier to make it playable?

Easier to get it to pop up on EXTRA STAGE. It gets loosened to normal EXTRA STAGE conditions rather than playing by a defined set of EXTRA STAGE conditions.

If players have passed every single song in the folder, any difficulty, which the X-Special occurs, normal EXTRA STAGE conditions will apply rather than playing a defined set of EXTRA STAGE requirements.

For example, if you've passed every DDRMAX song in the folder, the normal EXTRA STAGE requirements will get you MAX 300 (X-Special).

one more point to note , single play and double play needed to be considered separately

e.g. passing all DDRMAX song on single will loosen the requirement for MAX 300 X-Special SP but not DP,
passing all DDRMAX DP won't loosen the requirement for its X-Special SP.

Hey guys sorry for the late post (considering I got back early last night)...

but anyways I am back with some new videos. I had three requests so I did those as well as two other videos. One of them was On The Bounce, and this time it was a pass. I almost AAA'd it too.

And about the Gameworks problem earlier... You know the one where I cant tape DDR anymore? Well I ignored that. I first got permission from the manager to tape On the Bounce because it was going to be the first north american pass, and they said they would be happy to let me film that, or anything record breaking (world record breaking). So how did I get away with it? Well two ways actually. The first times I had my bag on the side of the machine, and the camera was just pointing out of it with a towel covering it. Every time after that was filmed with a towel just covering the camera behind the pads. It did not at all look like there was a camera there. There was also one other problem. The employee that yelled at me was there again. And he was following me around basically all day. He kept hanging around me, just walking around the whole upstairs thinking I would not see him. I went downstairs, and he was downstairs following me again. No matter where I went this employee was dead set on catching me with a camera with my hands. Too bad he was fucking retarded and everytime he walked the opposite way I set up the camera-and it usually stayed there.

Anyways besides being stalked ALL DAY, it was a pretty good day. So without further ado, I bring you the videos...

Ya I thought that was a little odd.

Also I will get rid of two. I have pretty fast internet so I did not even think about how it affected others.

These might be the last couple I embed onto this thread, except for stuff thats really unique like passing Encore Extra Stages or something.


It feels on sync compared to other songs, so I would say yes. I just still feel a small delay where I hit an arrow, and the judgment shows up later then it should.

I know I'm not al2k4, but I'd rather keep this thread clean of videos of stuff we've already seen before. I wanted to see that Xepher video to see if Konami finally fixed the sync on that, but then omega slapped the song mp3 over that defeating the purpose =/.

Ya, that would be a better word. Uncommon. I mean I still have yet to see anyone get past Headshot because of the stops, and other garbage thats in the chart.

Also I dont think anyone puts Trim on x2.0.

I will post in the achievement thread for now on. I was not even aware there was one on here.
