Guys, if you want to add other people's friend codes for pokemon, say so here. Mentioning it in the chat won't mean that the message will get across. I've overlooked a few already :y

I straight-through'd it all the way to the second gym. Ended up flushing about 14 hours down the drain getting that far. Did they REALLY have to make the stretch between gym 1 and 2 so damn long?

idk, it took me like 13 hours of play time to get the 3rd badge... though the distance between 1st and 2nd badge is indeed far.

That stretch till the 2nd Gym really makes this game look promising! But anyways now im just cranky old me because my console powered down when I went for a bathroom break during the 2nd Gym Battle last night, there goes 10 hours of ev training my floette and making it that far.

Taking a look at Super Training a bit...
I got a Dedenne out in the wild with the nature and ability I was looking for (which the ability isn't that great anyways but whatever). Started plowing through ST just to see how long it would take to max a Poke out. It's a tough start for Dedenne because of the fact it shoots machine-gun balls at lower damage but at the end you're wailing on practically anything in L2 or L3. Took roughly an hour to and hour and a half to get what I wanted (60 HP, 252 SP. A., rest SPD.) About the same amount of time you'd use if you had the Pokemon you wanted to train on, really.

I just started playing this and I noticed the stereoscopic 3D is pretty sporadic. I actually thought the game glitched out lol. Mind you I'm having fun with it (first Pocket Monsters game since 1999). Just feels a bit lazy that the game is not entirely in stereoscopic 3D. I hope they aren't saving it for the next title lol or this be a start of a trend of games taking off stereoscopic 3D. But I digress there. I bought both X and Y for me and my sis and looking forward to get all starters soon. I'm gonna be the one who keeps restarting the games.

That right I've got Pokémon Y Version today. Can't wait to start playing. Even though I didn't pre-order mine I still got the timeline poster from my local Gamestop since they had extras that they needed to get rid of quick, I major thanked the store manager (since he was the only person running the store this morning) since he knew I was a big Pokémon fan.

Time for me to think which Pokémon to start with. Either Torchic with Chespin and Squirtle or Torchic with Frokie and Bulbasuar.

Masuda has mentioned in one of the above-linked articles that the stereoscopic 3D imaging wasn't as optimized as he wanted it to be because of the amount of content that the development team was working on. It's comforting to know that Nintendo wasn't all up in their case to include as much 3D as possible.

Lol it's like GT 5 all over again, we can't turn all the cars into premium models because of the astounding amount of them. But that's okay I'm not so disappointed anymore. I have all three starters now and ready to start my journey.

There's reports of the game freezing up when saving your game while being outside in Lumiose City. The only solution to this is starting a new game. No word if this is legit or not but just watch out in case it's legit.
