I thought so too at first, but the lowercase vowels look a little off. The "n" in "version" and the "h" in "with" also have a peculiar little curve at the ending stroke. I can't seem to figure it out. 
And in fact, I don't think the actual title is "Times New Roman," either. I was able to pass it off in my banners, but if you look closely at the originals, you'll notice that the point of the "M" in "DYNAMITE" doesn't completely drop to the base line. I wonder if it's a variation?
