It seems that from what I'm seeing on purotora, to get the three last songs (Colorful Cookie, Bitter Chocolate Striker, Fuchikan Candy) you have to play a song by that artist as Extra stage on Another difficulty (11/10 or higher for SP/DP) and Hard clear AAA it.
For example, One More Lovely for Fuchikan Candy and Sound of Giallorhorn for Bitter Chocolate Striker.

After playing on an empress machine (in a pizza place in VA lol) it gave me a new top 5:

1. Arabian Rave Night
2. Naughty Girl@Queen's Palace
3. the "hou-rock" song
4. Attack no.3
5. Unsinkable Candy Battleship or the jfjfhsuhfhCANDY song

most of the 12's were kind of shitty. I passed bitter chocolate(kinda generic) and gheguehfrCANDY(best risk junk song) but i failed colorful cookie(terrible song) with a 78%, and himiko(worst song next to tsubasa) and 3y3s(pretty good actually) are 13's so i didn't pass those.

Don't underestimate the hou-rock song. I completely hated that song at first and then it grew on me immediately after playing it. It is catchy, has good progressive parts, and a great video to boot.
